In the third panel, TED says to Arthur, "YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED A LOT IN LIFE AND MADE IT THROUGH THE SELECTION PROCESS TO BE A SPACE COP TODAY. BUT YOU CAN'T KEEP BASIL ALIVE?" In the fourth panel, Arthur turns to TED and replies, "BASIL IS THE REAL ROCKET SCIENCE, AND YOU KNOW IT."
