Some Space

A4 comic page created in black and sepia ink. In the first panel, an astronaut thinks, “I need some space.” In the next panel, he puts on his helmet. He then slowly leans forward and falls. Upon impact, he breaks through the ground, which opens into a dark cosmic void. The large lower panel depicts the astronaut multiple times as he drifts through a star-filled universe surrounded by black and sepia ink washes and nebula-like textures. In the final moment, he sits quietly on a rock at the bottom right, gazing into space.
